Treks, Tours, and Adventure Programs
For all students from Class IV and above, the school's trekking and expedition programs are a highlight of the academic year and an integral part of the curriculum. These exhilarating experiences are designed to foster a spirit of adventure, teamwork, self-confidence, and resilience. Students embark on treks through breathtaking landscapes in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Jammu and Kashmir, while mountaineering expeditions challenge them to conquer formidable peaks.
Our school mountaineers have successfully scaled notable summits, including Friendship Peak (5287 m), Norbu Peak (5150 m), and Mt. DeoTibba (6001 m) in the Kullu Manali region. Skiing training has also become a beloved activity among Yadavindrians and is now a regular feature. Recently, a camp was organized to introduce students to the thrill of Scuba Diving, expanding their adventurous spirit.
These experiences go beyond mere exploration; they forge unbreakable bonds among participants and instill profound self-confidence and self-reliance. In addition to treks and expeditions, educational tours to various destinations within India and abroad during summer and winter breaks further enrich students' knowledge and broaden their perspectives.
