We prioritize providing personalized attention to each resident student, fostering a nurturing atmosphere of love, security, and overall well-being that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
Each of our boarding houses is overseen by a dedicated House Master, Matron, and a team of experienced Pastoral Care teachers, maintaining a teacher-student ratio of 1:5 to ensure individualized attention. Our pastoral care teachers regularly meet with assigned students to address any challenges they may face, whether emotional, physical, academic, or related to extracurricular activities, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.
To ensure our students feel at home, our pastoral care teachers periodically listen to the students' concerns, provide guidance, and offer reassurance. We also solicit regular feedback from subject teachers to monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and ensure completion of classwork and homework. This collaborative approach enables us to provide comprehensive support to our boarders, helping them develop into confident, resilient, and well-rounded individuals.
