3. Photocopy of Bonafide/Report Cards of final term
4. Photocopy of Adhar Card of the child, parents
5. Photograph of Local Guardian

Instructions for Filling the Registration Form
1. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled carefully.
2. A Registration Fee of ₹9,400/- is to be paid at the time of form submission. Please note that registration, once completed, is non-transferable to any other academic year or child.
3. Ensure that all details entered in the form exactly match the official documents (such as the Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, etc.).
4. Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to rejection of the registration.
5. Please review all entries carefully before final submission.
6. The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
7. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee admission; admission will be subject to clearing the entrance test and fulfillment of all other admission criteria.
