To mark the beginning of the new term, after the summerbreak, our school organised a special meditation session for the staff members-an initiative to promote mindfulness and inner peace as we step into a new academic journey.
The session was thoughtfully conducted by Mr Kulwant Singh, a certified Life Coach and Master Spirit Life Coach from Symbiosis, USA, and a Level-I certified Mental Game Coach, accredited by the International Mental Game Coaching Association, California. He shared valuable insights into the power of the subconscious mind and the benefits of regular meditation. His guidance helped everyone reconnect with themselves and find a sense of calm and focus.
It was a refreshing way to begin the school year-with clarity, calmness, and a positive mindset.
