A courageous team of 11 Yadavindrians and 2 teachers (Mrs. Sangeet Sandhu & Mr. Chandan Baitha) embarked on an unforgettable mountaineering expedition to Peak Kanamo (19,553 ft) in the stunning Spiti Valley.
Their journey of endurance and discovery took them from Manali (for acclimatization & trek to Naggar Castle) to Kaza, and then Kibber—Asia’s highest motorable village—before setting off towards the Kanamo Base Camp.
Through challenging terrains and highaltitudes, the students demonstrated incredible resilience, teamwork, and mental strength.
This expedition not only tested their limits but also instilled life-long lessons of patience, courage, and respect for nature. We are proud of our young mountaineers.
